Kyle Beeman has been a CVPH Wellness & Fitness Center member since February 2018. He was lacking exercise and programming knowledge. Beeman began training with fitness specialist Greg Johnson and Ryan Kerner three days per week for 60 minutes. Beeman has lost more than 100 pounds since August 2018.
“[Training] gave me more confidence, energy and accountability,” said Beeman.
