The 5 Seasons Diet is a dietary formula of seasonal recipes and meal plans during an individual month that offers a solid plan on what meals to cook, an outlined and categorized shopping list, guided food prep and cooking instructions. There is no counting calories or points, no food journaling, no weighing; simply shop, prep, cook, eat and literally feel amazing!

When people eat the right formula of foods, cravings diminish, metabolism speeds up and the immune system receives a huge boost! Through on-line education and our formula of seasonal recipes each month we offer members new choices and solutions to their illnesses and chronic diseases that help treat the root cause versus applying a continued Band-Aid of pharmaceuticals. March is National Nutrition Month, so it’s the perfect time to learn about how you can form healthier eating habits that can help you reach your fitness goals. Come join Courtney, one of our Fitness Specialists, and learn about basic nutrition, how to assess and read a nutrition facts label, and how to eat well as a lifestyle, instead of a “diet.” This event is FREE to members and non-members in our Community.
