An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely

Aqua Aerobics is the performance of aerobic and resistance exercise in the shallow end of the swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming, one can use water weights, along with one’s own body weight for exercises against the resistance of the water and for balance and support.
