An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Sunday, repeating indefinitely
This class will be a mix of Aqua Aerobics in the deep and shallow ends. There may be classes where it is all in the shallow or all in the deep or a mix of both. Aerobic and resistance exercise where participants can use water weights, along with one’s own body weight for exercises against the resistance of the water and for balance and support.
