An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

Barre class is a modern version of classic balletic training designed to shape and tone postural muscles. Movements help build core strength, improve flexibility and balance while focusing on improving activities of daily living. Class is tailored to the level of the participants, each class is slightly different with a new fresh combination of movements. Controlled breathing and focus reduce stress and create a sense of serenity and well being.
