An event every week that begins at 4:45 pm on Wednesday, repeating until November 27, 2019
Butts and Guts class focuses on those two common problem areas. Exercises will focus on lower body and core strength. Strength training is the main focus of this class and will help build lean muscle for a tighter butt and gut!
