An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
You do not need to know how to swim to do deep water exercise: however, you need to be comfortable with your feet off the ground. Float belts and pool noodles are used/suggested to help participants establish steady buoyancy. This enables people to focus on the exercises without trying to constantly tread water. The class is low to moderate intensity with zero impact on the body. Different equipment is used every class, so the instructor will have equipment ready for the participants.
