An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

High Intensity Interval Training. Exercises in the class will focus on number of repetitions or amounts of time. Variety of equipment will be used to mix cardio and strength exercises. This class is guaranteed to give you a challenging workout!
