An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until December 13, 2019
Mega Meltdown is devoted to helping participants reduce their body fat percentage and lose weight while having fun and utilizing the body and equipment in different ways. You will learn to challenge your body and work through your full fitness ranges. A pre-assessment is required and must be booked in the week before the start of class.
