An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Monday and Friday, repeating until January 23, 2019
Paid Program. Nov. 26th – Jan. 23rd. Mondays 5:30-6:30pm, Wednesdays 5:00-5:30pm, Fridays 5:30-6:30pm in the Gym with Katie. $140 per participant. Its main objective is to help participants lose body fat percentage and shed pounds while aiming to reach specific muscular, cardiovascular and overall fitness goals.
