An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until August 22, 2019
Cardio kickboxing will kick-start your fitness goals with an awesome aerobic workout that will increase your endurance, burn fat, tone muscle, and build skills and confidence in your ability to defend yourself. This class is great for those that are looking for fun and fresh ways to efficiently burn 500-1,000 calories in a 60-minute class session. Classes include plyometrics, partner and group exercises with intense cardio and strength workouts. No prior experience or boxing skills are necessary to participate in classes but participants will need to be able to work out at higher intensities for prolonged periods of time. All exercises are explained in detail and form is corrected by the instructor.
