An event every week that begins at 10:15 am on Friday, repeating indefinitely

This 45 minute higher intensity class will challenge traditional aqua aerobics! Cardio and strength intervals will be used with dumbbells in the water to add extra weight and intensity. This class will be in the shallow end and is sure to give you a solid workout in the pool! Please be responsible for getting your own weights from the gymnasium and returning them to the rack.
