An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, repeating indefinitely

This class is for those with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or for those who are looking to prevent diseases associated with aging and lack of mobility. Classes will focus on balance and strength while incorporating some light cardiovascular exercise. During class, participants will use weights, in addition to their own body weight to perform exercises that are load bearing in an attempt to stimulate bone growth in the spine and hips.
