An event every week that begins at 1:00pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Total Body Fit will provide a total body workout! Strength Training and Cardio exercises will be focused on using a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, bosu balls, stability balls, jump ropes and more! This is a moderate intensity class where modifications of exercises will be provided to either increase or decrease intensity if needed.
