An event every week that begins at 7:45am on Monday, repeating indefinitely
Ginny Brady, RYT-200, began exploring and practicing yoga 6 years ago to enhance her health and to help her be present while caring for her mother who suffered from dementia. Soon she discovered that yoga is more than asana. Ginny finds yoga to be life enhancing, challenging and inspiring. Her regular group and individual yoga practices open her up to growth in strength, resilience and flexibility both on the mat and off. Ginny aspires to deepen and share her practice with others. Completion of the 200-hour intensive yoga teacher training with Todd Norian of Ashaya Yoga in May of 2018 has allowed her to begin this journey. Ginny believes that yoga can and should be accessible to all. In her classes she uses props and integrates reflection, breath, asana and relaxation. With slow, gentle, deliberate movements she emphasizes openness, muscle engagement for safety, body alignment for strength & flexibility and expansion to radiate energy and joy.
