Join Ginny Brady, RYT-200, for this class designed for all who would like to explore the benefits and challenges of yoga. Ginny integrates reflection, breath-work, asana (yoga poses) and relaxation. Ginny’s classes emphasize slow, gentle, deliberate movements designed to foster growth in strength, flexibility, balance and agility. In her classes she uses props in order to facilitate openness and ease. In her desire to make yoga accessible to as many as possible, she offers a variety of versions and helpful cues for each pose. Ginny believes that yoga encourages growth in strength, resilience and flexibility both on the mat and off. She aspires to deepen and share her practice with others.
