Join Ginny Brady, RYT-200, for this class designed for all who would like to explore the benefits and challenges of yoga. Ginny integrates reflection, breath-work, asana (yoga poses) and relaxation. Ginny’s classes emphasize slow, gentle, deliberate movements designed to foster growth in strength, flexibility, balance and agility.  In her classes she uses props in order to facilitate openness and ease.
