Boot Camp – This workout includes dynamic stretching, running, a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/kettlebells/med balls, TRX straps, pushups/sit-ups, and various types of intense explosive routines. This class promotes fat loss, camaraderie and team effort! Classes are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone.

Deep Aqua Aerobics is the performance of aerobic and resistance exercise in the deep end of the swimming pool. Done mostly vertically and without swimming, one can use a float belt for balance and support.
