Boot Camp – This workout includes dynamic stretching, running, a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/kettlebells/med balls, TRX straps, pushups/sit-ups, and various types of intense explosive routines. This class promotes fat loss, camaraderie and team effort! Classes are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone.

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and boosted energy.
