Functional Fitness - This class will include a low-impact/low intensity warm-up followed by strength and balance exercises as well as stretching to keep you functionally fit for activities of daily life. Exercises chosen will be suitable from either a seated or standing position, and modifications will be provided.

Aqua Aerobics
